1. Find the file you want to share with external users and click on "More" button.

2. Click on the "Share" in the option.

3. Click on the "R" beside "Public" to enable external share link.

4. Copy the share link by pressing the button, and click on "Save".

5. Share the link with the external user, and the user will be able to download the file.
